Join us as an Event Technology Specialist and lead the charge of Affiliated Distributors’ (ADs) Meetings & Events Cvent platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation, customization, and troubleshooting, driving success for our organization.

What will you do?

        Cvent Management: Take charge of Cvent setup, customization, and maintenance of registration and event workflows, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.

        Reporting Development: Develop event reporting standards and distribute reports to key stakeholders, providing insights for decision-making.

        Onsite Registration: Oversee On Arrival registration at key events, ensuring smooth attendee check-in experiences.

        System Collaboration: Collaborate for system integration, troubleshooting, updates, and stability to maximize the efficiency of event technology solutions.

        Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, providing guidance on leveraging event technology for their needs.

        Industry Awareness: Stay updated on software trends and maintain vendor relationships.

        Reporting Dashboard: Collaborate with the VP to develop a reporting dashboard, and train staff on survey and reporting best practices.

What are we looking for?

        Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, with 4 years of relevant experience.

        Cvent Expertise: Extensive experience with Cvent software and certification required.

        Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML and coding is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Social Tables, and project management tools.

        Collaboration: Eagerness to join a team of meeting professionals working towards the goal of delivering best in class meeting and event experiences.

        Availability: Ability to work full-time on a hybrid schedule of Monday’s and Friday’s remote, and Tuesday through Thursday in-office in Wayne, PA.

        Travel: Flexibility to travel up to 30% annually.
