  • Ideate and implement a full-scale marketing, advertising, PR, and special events program to create engaging connections with consumers at recently debuted property Halo at Wells Fargo Center, a 60K SF, food-focused, mixed-use, retail complex, attached to 2.5M SF office campus in Downtown Los Angeles. Establish Halo as a shining example of the placemaking initiatives of Brookfield Properties.
  • Hands-on oversite of marketing performed by the third-party management team of The Third Place and The Peak, to ensure these office amenity spaces are prominently marketed to office tenants and utilized to drive successful office leasing results.
  • Manage marketing efforts for miscellaneous office retail offerings, including any new or existing dining/retail/lifestyle tenants taking occupancy within the Los Angeles office tower portfolio. Ensure the retail tenants are well positioned, supported, and successfully marketed to office tenant population.  Collaborate with the Office Leasing Marketing Manager to ensure information about the unique services and products is included in office leasing marketing materials to differentiate the Brookfield Properties experience.
  • Ideate, promote, and execute a slate of experiential, seasonal, and recurring events in collaboration with marketing and PR agencies and Halo property team. In addition, work closely with Arts Brookfield Program Manager on art installations and live music events that will draw increased and retained foot traffic and enhance sales at Halo.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retail tenant owner/operators, community and civic partners, local concierges, cultural institutions, and vendors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR agencies on overall brand positioning and promotion of Halo, including events, dining promotions, targeted advertising, media outreach, and community outreach.
  • Oversee and manage creative agency and graphic designer on brand ad campaigns, including coordination of photo shoots and creation of a suite of assets to push out on print, out-of-home, and digital platforms, as well as onsite at Halo.
  • Manage and collaborate with social media freelancers to create engaging content and grow the Halo social media platforms. Work with PR agency on multiple influencer campaigns, integrated with ongoing marketing programs.
  • Create, manage, and socialize special promotions, offers, and incentives to highlight the unique dining, retail, and services offered at Halo.
  • Develop and execute an evolved email marketing program, including ongoing monitoring of consumer data collected through new platform Aislelabs. Integrate learnings into more effective email campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Interface with the Halo operations team to assist with planning and execution of high-quality, retail-related office tower events and on-site collateral for retail tenants.
  • As requested by Brookfield Properties Retail Leasing Director, update and maintain Halo leasing brochure, merchandising floor plans, and retail space leasing marketing campaigns to fully lease Halo.
  • Oversee and manage content for Halo website, Axiis app, digital directory kiosk, Captivate screens, onsite display screens, standing sign holders, and Halo shuttle. Ensure website meets accessibility standards set by Brookfield Properties, as well as state and federal laws.
  • In collaboration with Retail Marketing Manager, create and closely manage a marketing budget for Halo, as well as any supplemental budgets to support other retail offerings.
  • Able to work on-site in Brookfield Properties buildings located in downtown Los Angeles consistently Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Some after-hours work may be required to attend or coordinate marketing events or meetings.



  • Bachelor's degree plus 3 to 5 years full-time marketing experience

  • Excellent PC skills; advanced to expert in using Microsoft Office Suite, as well as working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
