About the Role News Revenue Hub is seeking a Senior Business Operations Manager to serve as the operational engine of the Business Development team during a critical period of growth and transition. This is a new role at the Hub — a senior individual contributor role with supervisory responsibility, designed for an experienced operations leader who is equally comfortable building systems as they are engaging with the business.
The Senior Business Operations Manager owns NRH’s operational infrastructure — from CRM strategy and pipeline management to contract operations and cross-functional coordination. Success in this role means that Business Development leadership can focus entirely on high-value revenue work, confident that the operational foundation beneath them is reliable, well-documented, and continuously improving.
This role requires someone with a track record of building complex operational systems end-to-end, exercising independent judgment in fast-moving environments, and leading others toward clear operational outcomes. You will work closely with the EVP of Business Development and, as needed, the CEO.

Requirements
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or a similar role
Prior experience managing or supervising direct reports or contractors
Demonstrated experience working within a sales or business development team
Experience managing—not just supporting on—contracts, renewals, or client operations
Strong organizational skills and a bias toward follow-through
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift
High comfort level with CRM systems; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization
Experience supporting remote teams or distributed operations
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Google Drive, or similar project management platforms

Experience running conference sponsorships, event marketing, or experience with in-person brand presence
