Company Overview
We design, plan and produce corporate events for
intimate gatherings of 50 people, and extravaganzas for
as many as 30,000 people. Whether we provide custom
strategic design and services or turn-key services for
general sessions, breakouts, learning labs, showcases or
exhibits, we always assure the best experience for the
attendees, the executives and the planning team.
We address every detail from the mirror in the greenroom
to the music in the lobby. Our show plans, developed over
thousands of events, are comprehensive, and include
every item you need to execute a flawless event.
What We Do:
LIVE EVENT SERVICES
We develop immersive events through a blend of creative,
media, design, production and fabrication to craft experiences
that move audiences emotionally and connect people.
ACTIVATONS
To reach customers in a tangible and impactful way we focus on
the individual experience and human emotions. We structure
each experience into a series of impactful touch points. Then, we
leverage these touch points to motivate, to educate, or simply to
entertain.
SCENIC AND FABRICATION
Our 15,000 sq. ft. scenic workshop and team of talented
craftsmen allow us to fabricate customized elements that bring
our creative ideas to life.
VIRTUAL BROADCASTS
We deliver a unique experience to your attendees connecting
remote presenters with pre-recorded media in a broadcast style
visual. We seamlessly integrate with a multitude of platforms
using rich multimedia elements such as video, motion graphics,
animation and presentations to engage your audience.
MEDIA SERVICES
We craft visual narratives that integrate the values and goals of
the brands we serve into meaningful and impactful content.
Company History
Staging Solutions was born in Houston, Texas, in 1997, and has
been a creative experience workshop ever since. We plan events
that produce measurable results, craft visual content and media
that engage audiences, and activate brands to motivate people.
At heart we are more than your garden-variety producers,
directors and designers; we’re craftsmen, storytellers and
problem solvers. We thrive at the intersection where precise
technical production meets bold creativity, and we love what we
do. To us, work is play.
Event management and production is our service sweet spot. It
is what we know, and for what we are known. We bring highly
detailed standards and a theatrical approach to every event:
large, small, live, virtual, simple or complex. We focus on your
story first, and holistically develop every aspect of the
experience from there.
